Hope the police is able to hunt down the rest involved in this murder and wipe out as many of the ss as they can. Seriously, they should be hanged publicly!

You can bet on it. Every single one of these remaining "hot air balloons" will be captured.
I will explain the term when doing some later posts about these brainless samseng kias.

This is very sad indeed. A precious life is lost just like that!

I think the secret society situation here should be dealt with immediately.

J, agree with you wholeheartedly.
Secret Societies and traids still exist not only in Singapore but all over the world. They do not follow the old rituals but have evolved into various offshoots of street, school, neighbourhood, territorial gangs.
I have said this before, the GOVT and the police, Home Ministry etc..can eliminate this scourge. But they must be willing to acknowledge the problem first.

Dick, just saw stomp news video on Darren's final journey. His friends were very aggressive towards the press. All look a bit like samsengs as well. Even the girls. I wonder if there is more to this. I wonder if these SS people have infiltrated the Polys??

Yes, many including myself and you saw it too....most uncomforting to note!
I have investigated hundreds of ss related incidents and cases in many years. Majority are all related to something more than what appears.
Speaking from wide experience, this case would really surprise me...if there was nothing more.
The SSB of the CID have some officers who can get to the bottom of it all.
Whether they will reveal openly is a different matter.

I suspect there is more to it than a simple staring incident. Still cannot understand why need to be so violent, so brutal. I mean what has it achieved? Why can't they just stop at a few slaps or punches? Maybe these people are under influence of drugs or alcohol.

Hi C See,
For the moment, since the Case is still under investigation and the other 6 scumbags have ran away like rats to hell, and since they are still to appear in court... I think IT"S BEST NOT TO SPECULATE on WHAT actually took place, WHAT was behind it, Whether DRUGs were involved etc..
It might make it easier for these cowards and their gang to find "loopholes" to exploit.

Police has just confirmed that the killing of Darren Ng was GANG RELATED DISPUTES and was not triggered by a simple staring incident.
So...as I've said in my post comments above, there's often more to it than what appears on the surface.
